Processing and Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving confirmation of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. In such cases, we will notify you by email at yehud3@gmail.com.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • Same-Day Delivery (Local only): Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: ₪25
  • Express Shipping: ₪50
  • Free Shipping: On orders over ₪300 (Standard Shipping only)

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Israel only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order through the shipping provider’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of your order being processed, please contact us at yehud3@gmail.com.

Delivery Issues and Delays

If your order is delayed or you encounter issues with delivery (such as lost or damaged packages), please notify us immediately.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or strikes).

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at yehud3@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order (or expected delivery date).

We may require photos of damaged items and packaging to process claims with the shipping carrier.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you for a reshipping option (additional shipping fees may apply).

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one available to receive the package), you will be contacted to arrange reshipping.
Additional shipping charges will apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your shipment (in the case of international deliveries).
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
